Why am I not (no longer) receiving the newsletter?
There are multiple possible reasons.
The newsletter is in your spam folder
- Check your spam or junk email
- Is the newsletter there?
- Mark it as “Not spam”
- Or move the email to your inbox
You have unsubscribed
- If you have previously unsubscribed, you will no longer receive the newsletter
- You can always re-subscribe via the subscription page
Issues with your email provider
- Some providers block or delay emails
- Check if:
- Your mailbox is not full
- There are no blocks set
Filters or rules in your mailbox
- Check if emails are automatically:
- Moved to other folders
- Deleted
