Why am I not (no longer) receiving the newsletter?

There are multiple possible reasons.

The newsletter is in your spam folder

  • Check your spam or junk email
  • Is the newsletter there?
    • Mark it as “Not spam”
    • Or move the email to your inbox

You have unsubscribed

  • If you have previously unsubscribed, you will no longer receive the newsletter
  • You can always re-subscribe via the subscription page

Issues with your email provider

  • Some providers block or delay emails
  • Check if:
    • Your mailbox is not full
    • There are no blocks set


Filters or rules in your mailbox

  • Check if emails are automatically:
    • Moved to other folders
    • Deleted
