2. Scroll all the way down
3. Click on “Adjust email preferences”
4. You will see an overview of all emails
5. Uncheck the newsletters you no longer wish to receive
6. Don't want any newsletters anymore? Uncheck all options
7. Confirm your email address

What happens next?

• You will no longer receive newsletters
• The change takes effect immediately
