I want to delete my account

Contact our customer service to have your account deleted.

If you have already placed orders, we will anonymize your account and associated orders in our webshop. Invoice details will be retained in our accounting according to legal retention periods. Your data will be removed from our newsletter program and loyalty program.

If you have not placed any orders, we will completely delete your account from our webshop, newsletter program, and loyalty program.

After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in and any loyalty points will expire.
