At Celtic WebMerchant, everything revolves around a passion for history and lightning-fast delivery. The showroom is an extra service that we are pleased to offer our customers, but our main activity remains e-commerce.
Focus on your package
Our logistics teams work daily between 07:30 and 22:00 to ensure that orders coming in throughout the day are processed and shipped immediately. To guarantee this speed and quality, we sometimes have to make choices:
- Packing has priority: To meet the promised shipping times, staffing in the warehouse is central. During busy times in the webshop, it may happen that no staff is available for the showroom.
- Availability of staff: The showroom depends on the presence of our specialists. In situations such as parental leave, illness, or holiday periods, it may happen that we cannot open the showroom temporarily.
Visit by appointment?
Because the showroom staffing is directly linked to the webshop's busyness and the team's availability, we work exclusively based on fixed times or specific availability.
