My products have disappeared from the shopping cart. What can I do?
First, check if cookies are blocked.
Your shopping cart won't be saved unless you accept cookies.
Make sure you're logged in. Otherwise, you won't be able to see the cart saved to your account.
Also check if you're using an ad blocker or privacy extension.
These can prevent your cart from being saved.
Adjust these settings and then refresh the page:
- Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R
- Adjust your Google preferences at the bottom of the page
