Why am I asked to save a product when I remove it from my shopping cart?

Sometimes, while shopping, you might decide not to order an item right away—maybe you want to think it over or you've reached your budget for the month. To save you from having to search for that specific item all over again later, Celtic WebMerchant offers you an extra service.

How does the 'Save for later' feature work?

When you click the trash can icon or set the quantity to zero in your shopping cart, a menu will appear:

  • Save for later: This moves the product directly to your personal wishlist. The item is removed from your current order but stays saved in your account. That way, you can add it back to your cart with just one click during your next visit.
  • Remove (Decline): If you're no longer interested in the product, you can ignore the prompt or choose to remove it permanently. The product will then disappear completely from your overview.

The benefits of your wishlist By saving products, you create a handy overview of items you might want to buy in the future. This is perfect for planning a larger historical outfit or collecting gift ideas.

Please note: Saving a product to your wishlist does not mean the item is reserved for you. The stock status can change until the product is actually ordered and paid for.
