How Do the Shopping Cart and Checkout Work?
Ordering from the webshop is done in a few clear steps.
1. Add products
Click Add to cart on a product.
You can add multiple products before checking out.
2. Review your cart
Click the cart icon at the top right.
Here you can:
- Adjust quantities
- Remove products
- View the subtotal (excluding shipping)
- Enter a discount code
- Apply tax exemption (if applicable)
- Proceed to checkout
3. Go to checkout
Click Checkout. You can:
- Checkout as a guest (higher shipping costs apply)
- Log in with an existing account
- Create a new account
4. Enter your details
Fill in your contact information and shipping address.
Based on this, the following will be automatically:
- Tax and total price calculated
- Available shipping options shown
5. Choose a shipping method
Select a shipping option.
The cost will be shown immediately.
6. Choose a payment method
Select a payment method.
Available options may vary by country.
7. Review and place your order
Check your details and the total amount.
Then click Place order.
8. Confirmation
You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number.
After your order ships, you’ll get a second email with tracking information.
