How does the shopping cart and checkout work?

Ordering in the webshop follows a number of clear steps.

1. Add Products

Click on Add to Cart for a product.
You can collect multiple products before checking out.

2. Review Cart

Click on the cart icon at the top right.
Here you can:

• Adjust quantities
• Remove products
• View the subtotal (excluding shipping costs)
• Enter a discount code
• Apply VAT exemption (if applicable)

3. Go to Checkout

Click on Checkout. You can:

• Checkout as a guest (you pay higher shipping costs)
• Log in with an existing account
• Create a new account
  
  

4. Enter Details

Enter your contact details and delivery address.

Based on this, the following are automatically:

• VAT and total price calculated
• Available shipping options displayed
  
  

5. Choose Shipping Method

Choose a shipping option.
The costs are displayed immediately.

6. Choose Payment Method

Select a payment method.
Available options may vary by country.

7. Review and Place Order

Review your details and total amount.
Then click on Place Order.

8. Confirmation

You will immediately receive a confirmation by email with your order number.
After shipping, you will receive a second email with track & trace information.
