I use the webshop in a different currency. How do my Loyalty points work?

The Tribe always operates in euros.

Are you ordering in a different currency, such as USD or GBP?
Then your Loyalty points will be calculated based on the exchange rate to euros at that time.

This means:

  • the value is first converted to euros
  • then you receive points based on that euro amount

This way, points remain fair and equal for everyone, regardless of the currency in which you pay.
