Is it possible to redeem loyalty points retroactively?
The short answer is no. If you have already placed an order, it is unfortunately not possible to redeem loyalty points or apply the discount retroactively.
Our Loyalty system is linked to an external app, some parts of which are locked, so we cannot manually adjust this in your order.
Depending on the status of your order, you can do the following:
1. Has your order not been shipped yet?
If the order is still being processed in our warehouse and has not yet been packed or handed over to the delivery service, the best option is to contact us directly to cancel the order.
After we have canceled the order, we will refund the purchase amount.
You can then reorder the product and redeem your loyalty points during checkout.
2. Has your order already been processed?
If the package is already being processed in our warehouse or is on its way with the delivery service, we can no longer stop or cancel the shipment. In that case, you can save the accumulated loyalty points and redeem them with your next order. The points will remain valid in your account.
