Wat should I do with complaints?

When you have a complaint or want to provide feedback, we at Celtic WebMerchant would love to hear it. We are open to input to improve our service, provided it is done constructively.

Below you can read how we handle complaints and feedback:

  • Report it through the official channels: Send your complaint directly to our customer service, as a product review is not a complaint channel and is not actively monitored for solutions.
  • Use polite language: We expect you to keep your language polite; if a message is offensive or inappropriate, you should not expect a response from us.
  • Provide a substantiated opinion. For example: your website is ugly, we cannot do anything with this kind of feedback.
