I have a complaint about the delivery service

It is very unfortunate if the delivery did not go as expected. Although we at Celtic WebMerchant carefully select our partners, we unfortunately have no direct influence on the daily execution by the parcel deliverers.

If you have a complaint about the delivery, you can take the following steps:

  • Report directly: The most effective way is to report the complaint directly to the relevant delivery service. They have direct insight into the route and the specific driver.
  • Cause: Often a problem is related to a specific driver on a particular route; by indicating this to the delivery service, they can improve their local service.
