I used a discount code, but the discount is not being applied

This usually happens because the discount code can’t be combined with another discount.

Please check the following:

• If there’s already a discount applied to one or more products in your cart
• If the discount code is still valid
• If the discount code was entered correctly
• If the discount code isn’t linked to another customer’s account
• If your order meets the requirements for the code

If a product already has another discount, the discount code won’t be applied.

Possible solutions:

• Save the discount code for another order
• Order discounted products separately
• Place the other products in a separate order using the discount code
