What happens to my discount code if I return a product?

When you return a product, Celtic WebMerchant will refund the amount you actually paid. Any discount code used will not become valid again.

This works as follows:

• Refund: You will only get back the money that was withdrawn from your bank account.
• Temporary discount: Discount codes from emails or temporary promotions cannot be used again after a return.
• Loyalty points: Redeemed points are not automatically credited back to your account after a return.
• Contact: Want your used loyalty points back? This is only possible if your entire order is returned. In that case, please contact customer service.
