Can I have part of my order shipped earlier?

No, this isn’t possible—we can’t split shipments. If an item in your order has a longer delivery time and hasn’t entered the shipping process yet, we can cancel it and refund you. You can then place a new order for the item with the longer delivery time yourself.

How can I avoid extra steps? You can choose faster delivery when placing your order:

  • Place two separate orders in the webshop.
  • Put the items that are in stock in the first order.
  • Put the items with a longer delivery time in the second order.
  • This way, you’ll have a fast and a slower order. This gives you the shortest possible delivery time.

How can I see the delivery time for an item? In your shopping cart, you’ll see the stock status for each item. Look for the following text:

  • In stock: Order on business days before 8:30 PM and it ships the same day.

Not in stock but available to order: The item will be shipped within the number of business days listed with the item (Shipped in X business days).
