Can I have part of my order shipped earlier?
No, this is not possible, we cannot split shipments. We can cancel and refund the product with a longer delivery time for you, as long as it is not yet in the logistics process. You can then place a new order yourself with the product that has a longer delivery time.
How can I avoid extra actions? You can choose a fast delivery yourself when ordering:
- Make two separate orders in the webshop.
- Place the items that are in stock in the first order.
- Place the items with a longer delivery time in the second order.
- You will then have a fast and a slow order. This gives the shortest delivery time.
How can I see the delivery time of an item? In the shopping cart, the stock status is displayed for each item. You can see this from the text:
- In stock: Ordered on weekdays before 8:30 PM is shipped the same day.
Not in stock but orderable: The item will be shipped in the number of working days stated with the item (Shipped in X working days).
