Why can’t I select certain shipping methods at Celtic WebMerchant?

Which shipping methods you can select depends on several factors. The system will automatically show only the options available for your specific order in the shopping cart.

These are the main reasons why a method might not be available:

• Destination country: Not every carrier delivers to every country.
• Package size: Some shipping services do not accept large or extra-long packages (for example, longer than 120 cm).
• Type of product: Certain items, such as (LARP) weapons, cannot be shipped by some carriers due to their own safety policies.

After you enter your address details in the shopping cart, you'll see which options are available for your address and products.
