Why don't I get free shipping when I live on an island?

Celtic WebMerchant offers free shipping for many destinations from a certain order amount. However, for some European islands, carriers charge a surcharge. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping for these destinations.

This applies to (but is not limited to):

• Greece: all islands
• Italy: Sicily, Sardinia
• Portugal: Azores, Madeira
• Spain: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands
• United Kingdom: Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands

During checkout, the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the provided delivery address.
