Is the discount applied automatically?

This depends on the type of discount. At Celtic WebMerchant, there are two different ways to get a discount:

• Website promotions: These discounts are automatically applied for all customers in your region.
• Discount codes: You need to enter these codes yourself in the shopping cart. These codes are meant for you personally or for a specific group of customers.

How can I recognize an automatic discount?

You can recognize an automatic discount on the website by the way the price is displayed:

• You'll see the old price crossed out.
• You'll see the new, lower price next to it.
• The discount is already deducted from the total amount in your shopping cart. You don't need to do anything for this.

How do I use a personal discount code?

A discount code is not applied automatically. You need to add it manually during checkout:

• Enter the code in the "Discount code" field in your shopping cart.
• Click the button to activate the code.
• Only then will the discount appear in your order summary.
