Can the delivery time from Celtic WebMerchant change after placing an order?

Yes, the delivery time for an order can change after you've placed it.

This can happen for the following reasons:

  • Product dimensions: Products longer than 120 cm don't fit on the automatic sorting belts used by the shipping company.
  • Manual sorting: These larger products have to be sorted by hand by the carrier.
  • Delay: Manual sorting takes extra time, which can cause your package to be delivered later than expected.
  • Warehouse storage: Some products are kept in our storage warehouse in Sliedrecht, where we pick up goods once a day around 9:30 AM. If you order after this time and your product happens to be in that warehouse, your order will be shipped a day later. This is not shown in the estimated delivery time.
  • Customs: A package can be delayed at customs.
