Why is the delivery time not the same every day?

Order before 8:30 PM on business days and your order will be shipped the same day.

Sometimes an earlier order cutoff applies, for example before 3:30 PM.
This happens when there are no evening staff in the warehouse that day.

On these days:

• No packages can be shipped in the evening
• Packages are processed by the morning team
• That’s why there’s an earlier order cutoff for same-day shipping
