Will the correct product be resent to me or will the amount be refunded?

We present both options to you:

  • Replacement product: We will send you the correct or a new product at no cost.
  • Refund: You can choose to have the purchase amount refunded.

Important notes regarding your choice:

  • Stock: If the replacement product is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund in that case.
  • Complete order: If we refund the full amount and your order consisted only of this item, you will also receive the original shipping costs back.
  • Discount points: If you used discount points for the purchase, these will be credited back to your account with a recognized claim.
  • Additional solutions: In some cases, we can also look at alternatives such as repair or a partial refund if you still wish to keep the product.
