Who pays the return costs in case of a webshop error?

When there is an error on our part, such as an incorrectly delivered product or a recognized claim, the return shipping costs are our responsibility.

This works as follows:

  • Free return label: If a claim is recognized or if it is necessary to return the product for assessment or repair, you will receive a free return label from us.
  • Recognized claim required: The return costs will only be reimbursed by us if the claim is officially recognized based on the provided evidence, such as photos and a clear explanation.
  • Incorrect delivery: Have you received a product that significantly deviates from the specifications or images in the webshop? Then we will arrange a free return shipment.

Exception for insufficient evidence: If damage or defect cannot be clearly demonstrated with visual material, the shipment falls under the regular return procedure and the shipping costs are at your own expense.
