I received the wrong product, what now?

When you receive a different product than you ordered, this is considered an incorrect delivery. At Celtic WebMerchant, we will of course resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Follow these steps to report the issue:

  • Take photos: Take clear photos of the product you received, barcodes on the product, and the packing slip/packaging. This helps us determine what exactly went wrong in our warehouse.
  • Contact us immediately: Report the incorrect delivery to us right away. Provide your order number and include the photos.
  • Keep the product unused: Do not use the incorrectly delivered product. Once you start using an item, we consider this as acceptance of its condition.
  • Return and replacement: If we determine that a mistake was indeed made, you will receive a free return label from us to send back the incorrect product. Once the return shipment is processed or the claim is acknowledged, we will refund the money or ensure that the correct product is sent to you.

Good to know: With historical replicas (such as handmade swords, pottery, or leather goods), there may be slight variations in color or finish compared to the photo on the website. This is part of the artisanal nature. We only consider it an incorrect delivery if the product significantly deviates from the specifications or images in the webshop.
