Are all reviews published, including negative ones?

Yes, negative reviews are also published by us, as long as they comply with the guidelines of our review policy. We manually check each review before it becomes visible on the website.

However, a negative review may be rejected in the following cases:

  • Judgment too subjective: for example, the product was not what you were looking for or needed.

Because we verify each review based on the order number, you are assured that both positive and negative reviews come from customers who have actually purchased the product.
