How can I leave a review?

There are several ways you can share an experience with us about your purchase or a specific item. This can be done through the following channels:

Product review

  • Via the website: Go to the page of the respective product. At the bottom of the page, you will find a button to leave your review.
  • Via email: A certain time after your purchase, you will automatically receive an invitation by email to write a product review.

General review

  • Invitation after purchase: At some point after your order, you will receive an invitation from us to write a general review about your experience with Celtic WebMerchant.

What should you pay attention to?

  • Manual review: Each review is manually assessed by us based on our review policy, which may take a few working days.
  • Content: Focus on your experience with the physical product itself and ensure good substantiation.
  • Not a complaint channel: If you have a complaint or want to claim a warranty, please report it directly to us through the official channels instead of in a review.
