I have reported complaints in my (product) review, why is there no response to this?
A review is intended for sharing your experience with the product with other customers. However, it is not an official complaints channel.
For the following reasons, we do not contact you based on information in a review:
- Not a complaints channel: Since a review is a public experience for fellow users, we do not consider it a direct notification to our customer service.
- No active follow-up: We do not contact you based on what is posted in a review.
- Manual review: Reviews are manually assessed based on our review policy, and we reserve the right to reject reviews if they do not meet the guidelines (such as when a review is about incidental production errors rather than the product type as a whole).
Our advice: Do you have a complaint or want to claim the warranty? Report the damage or defect directly to us through the official channels with photos, videos, and an explanation of the context. This way, we can process your claim immediately and work together towards a suitable solution.
