Some customers use a nickname when placing their order, like Thor or Odin. In that case, the organization will do the following:

• The staff member will update the name for shipping.
• They’ll use the real name that appears on your ID.
• This is a legal requirement to make the age verification valid.

What happens if the name on the invoice and the shipping address is a nickname?

The organization will update both names. Both the name on the invoice and the shipping address will be changed to match the name on your ID.
