How does age verification work?

The age verification starts after completing your order. This only happens if you have not previously undergone a check at Celtic WebMerchant.

What should you do?

You will automatically receive a message in your mailbox. You then do the following:

• Take a photo or scan of a valid identification document.
• Send this photo or scan via email to Celtic WebMerchant.

What information is needed?

The following information must be clearly legible on the identification document:

• Your name.
• Your date of birth.
• You may cover non-relevant information.

What happens to your information?

An employee of Celtic WebMerchant checks your identification document. After the check, the following happens:

• The employee deletes the photo or scan from the system.
• You receive a tag in the system indicating your age has been verified.

For a subsequent order, you no longer need to send an identification document. Your order will not be blocked for verification.
