Is My Order Delayed Due to Age Verification?

Yes, your order will only be shipped after your age has been verified. We’ll send you the verification email right after you place your order.

When will my package be shipped?

The shipping time depends on when you email your ID. There are set times for verification:

• There are 2 verification rounds each day.
• The last round is in the late afternoon.
• After 8:30 PM and on weekends, our office is closed.

If you send your ID after the last round, after 8:30 PM, or during the weekend, your package won’t be shipped right away.

Does the product’s delivery time matter?

Yes, the product’s delivery time still applies after verification:

• If the product is listed as ‘In stock’, your package will be shipped after verification.
• If the product has a longer delivery time, your package won’t be shipped immediately after verification.

What if I provide incorrect information?

If you send a document that isn’t a legally valid ID (like a birth certificate or a tax letter), we can’t approve your age verification yet. We’ll ask you to send the correct information. If the name on your ID doesn’t match the name on the shipping address, we’ll also need to ask for more information, which will delay your package.
