Yes, we offer both a lowest price guarantee and a best service guarantee. Our system scans the market 24/7 to make sure our prices are the lowest. If you happen to find the same item cheaper at another company, just let us know. We’ll adjust our price for you right away!
What are the requirements for the product? To use the lowest price guarantee, the following rules apply:
- Seller: The product must be sold by a legitimate company within the EU (no scam sites).
- Product type: The item must be exactly the same, not used, and not a sharp weapon.
- No extreme discounts: The product cannot be priced below the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) set by our supplier. We are not allowed to price dump and are contractually required to stick to these prices. The product can be discounted by a maximum of 20% at the other seller.
- Availability: The item must be immediately available from the other seller.
- Price comparison: The price is compared including shipping costs and VAT.
- Region: The guarantee applies to our customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
