No, products from a placed order are never given to someone else.

When you receive a credit invoice for an orderable product, it has a different reason:

• Stock discrepancy in the warehouse: The product was not in the correct location in the warehouse, and the supplier of Celtic WebMerchant no longer has the product in stock.
• Prohibited product: The ordered product is prohibited in the region where you live. This applies, for example, to certain weapons.

Error in the webshop: Due to a technical error, the product was listed as "orderable on backorder," while it is actually completely sold out.
