I received an email that an item in my order has a longer delivery time. When will the order be shipped?

Did you receive an email from us stating that a product from your order has a longer delivery time? No worries! We understand that you want to receive your purchases as soon as possible, and we are happy to explain what this means and when you can expect your package.

When will my order be shipped?

Although the status indicates that an item has a longer delivery time, the total waiting time is fortunately not too bad in practice. In most cases, your order will still be shipped within a week. As soon as the missing item arrives at our warehouse, we will immediately hand over the package to the delivery service. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation at that time.

Why does an item have a longer delivery time?

This can have two causes (which were also visible in advance above the order button on the product page):

  1. Not directly in stock: The item was not immediately available in our main warehouse at the time of ordering.

  2. Multiple items ordered: You ordered multiple pieces of the same item, while our direct stock was just slightly lower than the quantity you needed at that time.

How can I track the status of my order?

You don't have to be uncertain. You have received a separate email from us with a live tracking link. Through this link, you can follow the current status of your specific package live at any time of the day. As soon as there is movement in your shipment, you will see it here first.

Do you have a hard deadline or urgency?

If you really need the products very quickly and cannot wait, that's no problem. In that case, you can choose to cancel the item with the longer delivery time. You can then immediately order an alternative product that is available for immediate delivery. Please contact our customer service for this, and we will help you arrange it right away.
