This usually happens because you ordered more units of an item than we currently have in stock at our warehouse.

Here’s how it works:

  • Stock quantity: The product page shows how many items we have in stock at our warehouse.
  • Backorder available: You can order more units than we have in stock if our supplier still has inventory.
  • No immediate shipping: The package can’t be shipped right away. Not all items from your order are currently available in our warehouse.
  • Wait time: The missing items need to be ordered from our supplier first. It usually takes about 7 to 9 business days for us to receive these items. After that, your package will be shipped.

If our system sees that you’ve ordered items that aren’t in stock, you’ll always get an email about it.

The delivery time on the product page is different from the header and footer. Why is that?

Delivery times can vary from day to day.

  • The standard delivery time is:
Order on business days before 8:30 PM CET = shipped the same day.
  • On some days, our evening staff isn’t available.
  • On those days, the delivery time is:
Order before 3:30 PM CET = shipped the same day.

The product page shows the current delivery time for that day.
The header and footer show the standard delivery time.
