This usually happens because you ordered more units of an item than were available in the warehouse at that time.
This works as follows:
- Stock quantity: The product page shows how many items are in stock in our warehouse.
- Ordered in excess: You can order more units than our own stock if the supplier still has stock.
- No direct shipping: The package cannot be shipped immediately. Not all items from the order are present in our warehouse at that time.
- Waiting time: The missing items must first be ordered from the supplier. It takes about 7 to 9 business days before we receive these items. After that, the package will be shipped.
If our system sees that you have ordered out-of-stock products, you will always receive an email about this.
The delivery time on the product is different from the header and footer. Why is that?
The delivery time can vary per day.
- The standard delivery time is:
Ordered on business days before 20:30 CET = shipped the same day. - On some days, the evening colleague is not present.
- On those days, the delivery time is:
Ordered before 15:30 CET = shipped the same day.
The product page shows the current delivery time for that day.
The header and footer show the standard delivery time.
