Can the delivery time of Celtic WebMerchant change after ordering?

Yes, the delivery time of an order can change after you have placed it.

This is due to the following reasons:

• Product dimensions: Products longer than 120 cm do not fit on the automatic sorting belts of the parcel service.
• Manual sorting: These large products need to be sorted manually by the carrier.
• Delay: Manual sorting takes extra time. This may cause the delivery of the package to take longer.
• Storage warehouse: some products are stored in our warehouse in Sliedrecht, where we collect goods once a day around 09:30. If you order after this time and your product happens to be in that warehouse, we will ship your order a day later. This is not indicated in the delivery time.
• Customs: a package may be delayed at customs
