Why am I being charged shipping costs now when shipping was free yesterday?

Our shipping costs can vary from day to day. This is because the prices from delivery services and our own promotions may change.

• Temporary promotions: Sometimes we offer free shipping as a promotion. Once the promotion ends, you’ll need to pay for shipping again.
• Carrier rates: The companies that deliver our packages may change their prices. We have to update our shipping costs in the cart to match these changes.

Order weight: If you have different products in your cart today than you did yesterday, the total weight may change. Heavier orders usually mean higher shipping costs.
