Why am I now paying shipping costs when shipping was free yesterday?

The shipping costs with us can vary daily. This is because the prices of delivery services and our own promotions can change.

• Temporary promotions: Sometimes we have a promotion for free shipping. Once this promotion ends, you will have to pay shipping costs again.
• Carrier rates: The companies that deliver the packages can adjust their prices. We then have to adjust these prices in the shopping cart.

Weight of the order: If you have different products in your shopping cart today than yesterday, the weight may be different. Higher weight often means higher shipping costs.
