Are shipping costs reimbursed under warranty?

Whether you get the shipping costs reimbursed in a warranty case depends on the situation and the chosen solution:

• Free returns: When it is necessary to return the product to us for assessment or repair, you will receive a free return label.
• Full refund: If we decide to fully refund the purchase price of your product and your order consisted solely of this product, you will also be refunded the original shipping costs of the initial shipment.
