Who determines whether something is covered by warranty: you or the supplier/producer?

The initial assessment of a warranty claim is conducted by our own team. In more complex cases, where there is doubt whether a defect has arisen from normal use or an error, this process takes place in consultation with the supplier or manufacturer.

We consider the following aspects:

  • Normal use: We assess whether the issue arose during regular use of the product within a reasonable usage period. We also look at any other reports concerning this product.
  • Nature of the defect: We investigate whether there is a construction or material defect that only became apparent over time.

If it is determined through this consultation that a problem falls under the warranty, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
