What if my product does not match the description on the website?

When a product significantly deviates from the specifications, images, or promises on our website, this falls under the legal warranty (non-conformity). In that case, you are entitled to an appropriate solution.

When is a claim justified?

  • Incorrect material: For example: the website states genuine leather, but the product is made of synthetic material.
  • Different dimensions: The product is significantly larger or smaller than the stated measurements.
  • Incorrect specifications: A sword sold as 'battle-ready' but turns out not to be blunt upon receipt.

Important to know about historical replicas: Because many of our products (such as forged swords, handmade pottery, and leather goods) are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, finish, or small details compared to the photo. This is part of the artisanal nature of the product. However, if a deviation affects the use or quality you expected, we will of course resolve this for you.

What should I do?
Please send us clear photos of the received product and explain what deviates, preferably immediately after opening the package. We will then provide an appropriate solution.

Do not use the product
If you receive the product non-conform and still use it before reporting to us, you have accepted the product in its current state. We can no longer process your report of non-conformity.
