It is important to report a defective or incorrectly delivered product to us as soon as possible. Delaying this can affect the handling of your claim:
- Loss of rights: If you start using a product after discovering the defect, we consider this as acceptance of its condition. Damage reported only after first use can usually no longer be claimed as a transport or production error.
- Burden of proof: The longer you wait, the harder it becomes to prove that the defect is a production error and not caused by personal use or environmental factors such as rust or leather drying out.
- Notification period: We advise reporting damage or discrepancies within a reasonable period after discovery, preferably within two months. The quicker you are, the easier it is for us to find an appropriate solution.
- No further use: You must not use the product once you have noticed the damage. Use after discovery can affect the original damage, which may lead to the rejection of the warranty claim.
What should you do immediately?
As soon as you discover the problem, you should send us photos or videos clearly showing the issue, along with an explanation of when you discovered it and how the product has been used. We will then provide an appropriate solution.
