What if my child accepts and opens a package with my ordered weapons?

It is essential that the receipt of weapons is done responsibly. For us, safety and compliance with legislation are paramount.

When a minor receives and opens a package containing weapons, the following points are important:

• Responsibility upon receipt: We assume that you ensure the safe receipt of the order at the specified address.
• Age verification: Because weapons are strictly subject to a minimum age, we conduct a check on your ID during the first order to confirm that you are 18 years or older.
• 18+ sticker: when your package is packed, an 18+ sticker is placed on it. This prevents the package from being given to a minor upon delivery.
• Complaint to the delivery service: if the package is given to a minor despite the sticker, you can also file a complaint with the delivery service.

Always have your weapon sent to an address where you are actually present to receive the package. Do not send your weapon to someone else's address without them knowing that a weapon is on the way.
