I live in Denmark, why do you want to receive a weapons permit?
When you live in Denmark and order certain items from us, we are legally required to request a weapon permit. This is related to the specific regulations in your country.
Below you can read why this is necessary and how it works with us:
- Danish legislation (Knivloven): Orders of (semi-)sharp edged weapons, neck knives, or throwing axes fall under the Danish knife law.
- Permit requirement: Although possession of these items is allowed, the law states that you must have a valid weapon permit (Våbentilladelse).
- Check before shipping: We request a copy of this permit before we ship your order.
- Consequences of absence: If you do not submit the permit, we cannot process your order. Without this documentation, you risk having the police seize and destroy your package.
- Own risk: if your package is seized or destroyed by the police, Celtic WebMerchant cannot assist you further.
