Are your products allowed under the weapons law?

Yes.

Our weapons comply with Dutch legislation. They fall under category IV of the weapons law, which means you may own the weapon if you are over 18 years old. However, you cannot just walk around with it on the street. The weapon must not be easily drawn. We advise packing it in a bag with a lock or wrapped in a cloth with string. This also applies when transporting the weapon in the car.

Also note that during demonstrations, a weapon may not be carried openly. The event or location must have obtained a permit from the relevant municipality. Always check if a permit has been applied for. This also applies to demonstrations at schools.

In addition to the Dutch weapons law, we try to take into account as much as possible the restrictions and bans of the countries we ship to.
Below you can find more information per country about the restrictions on some of our products. Note! This is only a guideline and you must check yourself whether a product is allowed in your country or not. Celtic WebMerchant is not responsible for the legal accuracy of the information below, nor for the delivery of products that turn out to be prohibited or restricted in your own country.
