What additional information is needed for a business order?

When placing a business order, you need to provide the following additional information:

• VAT number
• Company name

Why is the VAT number needed? 
The VAT number is required for business customers outside the Netherlands but within the EU. This allows us to apply the reverse charge (intra-community transaction) to the order.

Why is the company name needed? 
The company name is necessary for creating a correct invoice.
