What do we consider a business order?
All orders placed in the name of a company or organization are considered business orders with us.
It is a misconception that an order is only business-related when the products are intended for resale. We apply a broader policy:
Foundations: Orders on behalf of cultural foundations are considered business orders.
Museums and education: Purchases by museums, universities, or schools for exhibitions, education, or living history are classified as business.
No resale required: Even if the products are purchased for personal use — such as props for a theater production, decoration for an event, or the setup of a museum display case — it is considered a business order as soon as it is in the name of the organization.
No return policy for business orders
Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal (the right to return an order within 14 days) applies only to consumers. Since business orders, including those from museums, foundations, and associations, do not fall under consumer law, these orders do not have a return right. We apply this policy consistently to ensure the efficiency of our operations. Therefore, make sure to check the order carefully before finalizing it.
The reason for this is that we have often seen business orders used for, for example, film and TV, and returned to us after use.
