How does the refund process work after I return a product?
Once Celtic WebMerchant has received and checked your return, the refund process will begin. We aim to handle this as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Same payment method
In most cases, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used when placing your order:
- Online purchases: Did you pay with iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal? Then the money will be refunded to that same account or card.
- Pay later: If you used Klarna, the invoice will be adjusted or the outstanding amount will be canceled.
Purchases in the showroom
Did you make a purchase directly in the showroom and pay by card (PIN)?
- In most cases, we can refund the amount directly to your card via the PIN system.
- If this isn't possible right away due to technical reasons, we'll contact you by email to arrange the refund another way (for example, by bank transfer).
When will the money be in your account?
After your return has been processed, it usually takes a few business days for the amount to show up in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
