How does the return process work?

You can always register your return online via the return portal (click on this link).

Note: we do not accept returns from outside the EU.

In the return portal you can choose:

  • To purchase a return label through us
  • To send the package yourself with a carrier of your choice

Returning via the portal is usually cheaper than sending it yourself via the post office.

The package must be in the original product packaging.

Do not use packaging from another product.

Verify this by:

  • Comparing the product name on the packaging with the product itself
  • Comparing the product code on the packaging with the label of the product

Return only unused products.

You may try on the product to decide if you want to keep it.

Does the product show signs of use after trying it on?
Then we consider it used.

Examples of signs of use:

  • Strong smoke smell
  • Deodorant smell
  • Stains

In that case, we will contact you to return the product to you.
The shipping costs will then be at your own expense.

The purchase amount cannot be refunded in that case.

Handling of returns

If you send your return correctly, we will process it within 2 working days after receipt in our warehouse. The refund will be initiated immediately once we process your return. Sometimes it is extra busy or there are staff illnesses. Then it may take 1-3 working days longer.

Refund

The amount will be refunded via our payment platform Shopify Payments.

You will receive the money back via the same payment method you used to pay.

It may take a few working days for Shopify Payments to process the refund.

After that, the amount will be back in your account.

Email notification

When we have received your return and initiated the refund, you will receive an email.
