I live outside the EU. Can I return my order?

No. Returns from countries outside the EU are not possible.

The EU return legislation only applies to consumers within the EU. Celtic WebMerchant is based in the EU and is not obligated to accept returns from outside the EU. Therefore, these returns are not accepted. This also applies to returns from the United Kingdom.

In the return portal, you will not see an option to return your product(s).

Exception
This does not apply to reports of damage or warranty.

In the case of damage or warranty, a solution will be sought together with you, and an exception may be made.
