I live outside the EU. Can I return my order?

No. Returns from countries outside the EU are not possible.

The EU return policy only applies to customers within the EU. Celtic WebMerchant is based in the EU and is not required to accept returns from outside the EU. Therefore, these returns will not be accepted. This also applies to returns from the United Kingdom.

You will not see an option to return your product(s) in the return portal.

This does not apply to reports of damage or warranty claims.

If there is damage or a warranty issue, we will work with you to find a solution and an exception may be made.
