Why is the product price different at checkout?

The price in your cart may change during checkout. This is due to VAT and your location.

The reasons for a price difference are:

  • Using the region selector: Did you change your country while shopping? Then the VAT amount will change. The product price may go up or down.
  • Entering your address: During checkout, you enter your address. If you previously viewed prices for another country, the system will now update the price to match your actual location. The correct VAT will be calculated.
  • Orders to the United Kingdom: Ordering more than £135? Then you won’t pay VAT with us. The system will remove the VAT from your order at that point. You’ll pay the tax later at customs.
