Why are my shipping costs not free at Celtic WebMerchant?

It may happen that you have reached the threshold amount for free shipping, but still see shipping costs. This is due to the following reason:

• Specific carrier: Free shipping usually does not apply to all carriers with us.

• Choice in the checkout: We often offer free shipping with one specific carrier. The other carriers are available for a fee.

  
  Don't see free shipping in the checkout?

• Weapons: if you order 18+ products such as weapons, these can usually only be shipped with one specific carrier. This carrier does not offer free shipping.
• Size: if you order a product with a large diameter or size, it may sometimes not be shipped with the free carrier.
• Location: for some areas, such as islands, we cannot offer free shipping due to surcharges calculated by the carrier.

What can you do?

Check in the checkout if there is another carrier in the list with a rate of € 0.00. Select this method to take advantage of free shipping.

Did you order a weapon or large item? In some countries, these cannot be shipped with the carrier we offer free shipping with. In that case, you can choose one of the paid options.
